Over weeks, I went to pubs in my neighbourhood I have never been to before, the kind you´ll find on almost every corner: shelter and second home for a bunch of people, a kind of family with the innkeeper as the head. Of course I ordered beer. And asked for pen and paper to draw this series of local studies.
