Lunch break in Brussels. Men and women working in service of the EU-bureaucracy use the oppurtunity to go running for a few laps in the nearby Parc Royal.
Among them is one official, who is obviously not taking a break: wearing suit and tie he is running in circles like the others, trying to get somewhere with what he is carrying in his briefcase. But the track is tiring, the oncoming traffic quite heavy and the finish line is still out of sight…
